Setting up and accessing your LUX 2.0 account

Creating an account, logging in and recovering your password are all handled or initiated from the app.

Creating an account:

• 

  Select Create Account

• A form will appear
  • This form will request an email address, password, your name and phone number
• Once submitted, you will receive an email requesting that you verify your email address

Logging in:

• Upon logging into LUX 2.0 with an existing Lux account for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new password.
• An email will be sent to your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your email address and confirm your password for LUX 2.0

Forgot Password?

• Upon pressing “forgot password” you will see a message instructing you to type your email address in with no password, and press Login to have a reminder email sent.
• Upon doing this you will be taken directly to a screen asking you to set a new password and confirm it
• Before setting your new password, you must click the verification link in the “reminder email”
